IN THE MIDST OF BALLOTING -EnBloc
It's my block's turn for Enbloc balloting-Allocation of flats. It is done in various stages. These days my neighbours have been asking one another about the results. Some have been allocated some have not. My family happens to be one of the last few to be scheduled for flat balloting. Don't know if we can get the unit we want.
