Thurs nite: went to KTV with Grace, Aud, Nick, Wenrou, Dot & Xiaojia till 1plus
Fri: 8am sunday school children's camp. went early to decorate the venue with Xiuying. It was a long day. worship, bible story telling, craft work then to Discovery Centre with the little ones. they were rather excited. hehe.. but some of us (teachers) felt Discovery Centre was more suited for P3 -P6. cos the younger ones cannot really understand the questions/games posed to them. Some fell asleep along the way.
After discovery centre, the chatered bus sent us back to church. waited for all kids' parents to arrive to pick them up b4 leaving for home. went home, bath and slept. but overslept, set the alarm clock to wake me up but didn't catch the alarm ring. Cellgp leader called up asked where I was, then I woke up apologise perfusely and hurried down to meet Cellgp leader 4 dinner b4 heading to cellgp mtg. After cellgp mtg went home straight away to catch my cable TV serial.
Sat: Sunschool camp resumed. Worship, bible story telling, craft work and preparation for performance. then lunch (thanks to Chip for the lunch co-ordination and discovery ctr planning) Then performance starts with Vincent as MC, Sharon, Dorothy & Ruth as Judge. Elijah cell gp youths performed a skit on "Daniel" for the young ones. The young ones also played games. Thank you Elijahs for your help. Thank you the judges as well as the MC. Thanks Nick for taking the photos during the camp. Thank you Xiaojia for helping out in the P1-P2 class as one of the teacher Youjun had fever. Pray that Youjun recovers soon.
Attended my bi-weekly disciple class @ 8pm with Pas. Phoebe leading in church. ended @ 22 55 hr. blur blur. eyes was abit swollen for a while b4 I came 2 church for the class. mind wasn't functioning clearly. looked like I just woke up.
sun: dad's baptism 2day 9am serivce. we r gonna be there. after the 9am service, selecting songs for sun sch's worship, lead the worship and teach sun school lesson 12 from the "Everlasting Love" teacher's guide. Go home after lunch. may have family dinner outside to celebrate Papa's baptism.
