Beauty Tips (Starting from Head to Toe)
Hair:
Normal- Wash with normal shampoo and conditioner. Use a hair mask once a mth for added pamper to the hair.
Oily-wash everyday. Use a conditioner after wash. Apply conditioner to the hair strands, avoiding the scalp as this area tends to be the most oily)
Dry-wash on alternate days. use a hair treatment mask instead of conditioner.
Dry & coloured: wash on alternate days using colour treatment shampoo to prevent fast colour fading. Then condition hair with a colour treatment mask. (leave on hair for 2 mins b4 wash off)
For dry, coarse & damaged: follow the dry hair regime. Use an intensive self-warming hair mask once/twice a mth. (Leave on for at least 15 mins b4 rinsing off) On days w/o shampooing, spray some hair mist for added moisture & ease of hair combing. (This whole regime works as her hairdresser commented her hair condition's better these days)
Face:
Normal to T zone-Wash face before going to work/school with a gentle cleanser. Return home, wash with a make up remover cleanser if u had applied light makeup. If no, a normal cleasing gel will do. Once every wk, apply a face scrub or face mask.
Oil prone: A deep cleansing gel for oily skin. Once every 2 wks, use a gentle face scrub to rid of dead skin cells.
Dry: A sensitive cleanser to gently yet effectively clean face. Use a face scrub twice a week to remove dead skin cells and reveal new skin. Moisturize face.
Skin:
Shower gel of different kinds for different skin types. Moisturize skin with body lotion every nite if working/studying in an air-conditoned area for long period. Exfoliate skin once a week.
