Grilled Mustard Tuna with Cheese

Ingredients:

1 can of tuna (low-fat)
Yellow Mustard
1 slice of low fat- cheddar cheese
10gm of unsalted butter (slightly melted)
sprinkles of freshly grind black pepper
2 bed of Cabbage or lettuce

How to do:

1. Drain away the water in the can of tuna.
2. Squeeze generous amount of yellow mustard on the tuna & mix well.
3. sprinkle freshly grind black pepper & continue mixing.
4. Add in the butter to mix.
5. Set the conventional oven on grill @ low heat.
6. Grill the tuna for 6 mins.
7. Place the cooked tuna on the bed of raw veggie.
8. Your Mustard Tuna with Cheese is ready to serve.

For the sides you can have: Cherry Tomatoes & Baby Potatoes to go along. (Boil the potatoes) or assorted Mushrooms too.(Grill with olive oil)

Drinks: Iced Morocco Mint Tea (Green Tea)
(Add 2 heaped teaspoonful of the above loose tea leaves to a tea pot. Add boiling water to half full. Infused for 4 mins. Pour the tea into 2 glasses filled with ice. )

Note:

For a healthier choice, Choose Yellow Mustard only cos it has NO fats/calories/carbo. Other types: Dijon Mustard, Honey Mustard etc.. contain some amount of fats & calories.

Everyone knows Green Tea has high concentration of antioxidants, vitamins & peppermint is a good aid in disgestion. So it's good 2 have a cup of the above tea after meal.
