Salmon & Veggie Hor Fun Soup

Ingredients:

1 Salmon Fillet. (Boneless)
1 whole Stalk of veggie (Spinach or others)
1 serving of Hor Fun.

Seasoning:

Chicken Stock Powder or Ikan Bilis Powder (no MSG)

Method:

1. Cut the Salmon into slices.
2. Pluck the stock of veggie into smaller pieces.
3. Set them aside and start boiling the water in a pot.
4. Cook the Hor Fun in the boiling water.
5. Add Veggie into the pot when Hor Fun is almost cooked.
6. Add in the Salmon slices too.
7. Sprinkle some stock powder and white pepper.
8. Cook for a minute.
9. Serve Hot.

*You can replace the Salmon with Sheng Yu. As Fish taste sweet naturally, we don't have to add any other seasoning after using stock powder)

Yes cut my hair recently. Had my hair bleached by mum. Like it alot.

There's a cosy, quiet cafe @ my area called Essential Brew, Upstair dinning or chilling out is opend fr 3pm. 1st floor is open earlier. Upstair, we are to take off shoes & sit on the flr with cushions. If we come early, we may be able to get window seats.

The cafe serves tea only as breverages. (Lavender, Rose Bud teas, Tea Latte etc.. hot or cold) Food wise, you can choose fr finger food (fish fingers, calamari etc..), main courses (Pasta, Grilled Salmon etc..) Snacks (Toufu Steak with Mushroom etc..)
