Knocked off from work and went to Leng Kee CC @ Redhill to register for Boxercise. That CC is "hidden" behind the blocks of HDB flats, therefore I took quite sometime to find it. The CC is beside blk 61. I had to go thru the small area beside the temple.
Class starts this mon, 7pm-8pm. Have to exercise to lose weight; merely eating right is not enuff. We want a balanced life? We gotta eat & exercise in moderation. though I dun really enjoy sweating it out, I find boxercising a fun way 2 lose weight. If continued boxercising, soon you be a downsizing (drop a dress size, e.g: L to M)
