Cheesy Beef Roll
Ingredients:
200g of beef (cut into thin slices)
Popiah Skins or Crepes
Low-fat cheddar Cheese.
Walnuts or Rasins
Cucumbers & tomatoes.
Method:
1. Cut each piece of crepe into half.
2. Place a slice of beef on top.
3. Put a small piece of cheese on the beef.
4. Add some walnuts as well.
5. Fold & roll the crepe over.
6. Seal the end with a little flour & water.
7. Repeat procedures till all are done.
8. Baked in Mircowave oven for 2 mins on high or toaster oven for 3 mins.
(You can choose to pan fry the Beef Roll too)
9. Serve hot (Garnish the plate with sliced tomatoes & cucumber)
