Recently my meals consist of wholemeal bread, tomatoes, lettuce, low fat cheese & the boiled leg ham, breakfast cereals, breakfast fish, lettuces, , brocolli (lunch & dinner) & in btw snack: fruits.
There's no seasoning in my veggies. I use the oven toaster to cook my fish (seasoned with freshly ground black pepper & occasional non MSG chicken powder. with olive oil. ) Most of the time is w/o any salt based seasoning.
If I go out to eat, I will have beehoon soup or kway teow soup. Initially, I thot it would be a bland, unappetising meal with no much variety. Actually it's ok as long as it's cooked at home. but outside food there's no much healthier choice. Fried rice, Fried beehoon, Anything stri fried, is a NO. Yellow noodles are a no no as they contained high carbo. No cream sauce or any kind of sauce for that matter.
Not easy for a person who loves salty, creamy starchy stuff.
